Thought AC would do a little better, but everything else seems accurate.

Heavy Rain is one of the most well known 16 seeds so it's not going to be as weak as some of these more obscure titles.

KH3 > Portal 2 is easily the dumbest pick I made pre-contest, in which I knew it was a bad pick the entire time and still refused to change it.

All the other dumb picks came after seeing what the strength of some of these games are, for the most part.

why? Heavy rain is a legit recognised sony first party game. This isnt your FTL baba is you or ghost trick level.

Civ has never looked trash though, it gas looked alright in numerous polls. It is basically the Cecil of games - theoretically strong enough to win a match, but never actually does.

I chose Civ knowing it was a dark horse. The way I see it, if you pick against the grain knowing it's a calculated risk, and that risk can't come through but looks respectable, it's not something you should feel bad about.

Definitely not turbofodder.

Heavy Rain was a decently big first party Sony game back when Sony was losing to market share to Xbox and has sold 5 million on PS3+PS4 combined, so its nowhere near the literal who indie games like Baba is You. Heck, it would not surprise me if voters know more about Heavy Rain than Persona 5.

It's main issue though is that the game's reputation suffered over time and is very divisive today with lots of people outright hating it.

if FFXV was in this division it ultimately gets to final before losing. Thats how i feel about KH3

skyward sword would beat a ton of decent games. But against any elite game it would lose. But it would take a very strong game like a witcher 3 or skyrim to take out a zelda trash thats not nintendo.

this basically tells me two things

• persona 5 is comfortably winning the division.
• but it wont beat Witcher.

i am not omconfident it evats red dead 2. That match is a toss up

if this was red dead1 id pick red dead 1. Rrd2 isnt as welll liked

and we dont know how strong portal is now.
