I tend to like Blacks, Blues, and Grey/muteds the most. Shiny Kanto Raichu is my all time fave and contrary to most people I dont like Greninjas shiny.

Blues probably the only shiny color that consistently looks good. Mew, Ponyta, Nidoking, Flygon, Shuckle, Ditto, Corsola, Gardevoir & Umbreon all come to mind as some of the better shiny designs of their generations (Blue Umbreon is probably my second fave shiny design).
