I've been at the same job for 7 years, they don't have a retirement plan unfortunately. I used to get consistent OT before covid, but I just barely stay afloat working only 40 hours.($15/hr) I can't even afford to go back to school. Between my tax return, birthday money, stimulus, etc, I should have at least $2500 coming in. First things first, pay off my credit card. That'll at least loosen up the monthly struggle. I only planned on putting a couple hundred on some sub penny stocks, not throwing the entire amount at it. If one of those ends up taking off even a little bit, I could improve my situation drastically. Bezos is sticking around as Exec Chairman and at this point Amazon is a well oiled machine that can easily continue to operate successfully without him. I'd imagine the AMC/GME and then the weed bubble popping has led to people getting out earlier to avoid being bag holders. I will be watching from the sidelines.
