The guy is/was high as hell, probably with abuse problems if we consider the indulging in my self defeat line. Next is clearly coming down being foggy headed and not remembering stuff that went onthen a mention of saying you can never actually be what you want to be or do what you want if you never actually do it and be one of those people always talking about what they would have done. As for the second verseI have no idea what this woman is trying to say. Sounds like she passed on on a bench (probably high af) and woke up to the hot sun glaring on her. But after that? Its a mystery lol sticky paws into making straws out of slurpy treatsis that some kind of weird way to say she was wrapping blunts?
