I read that they booed Moe Brooks (the governor who introduced Trump and helped encourage people to riot at the capitol) because he suggested that they move on from 2020. He was openly calling it a stolen election, but they dont want to move on from it.

Trump sure has become a cautionary tale over the years. I can still remember as a kid using him as an example for someone "rich and famous" and practicing his famous catch phrase: "youuuu're fired!" It's amazing how much your perception of someone can change once you start adulting. I hope I don't wither down into a meme when I turn of age.

Trump spent 4 years whipping those people into a frenzy. They're on auto pilot now. The only thing that will change some minds is enough of them dying from covid and even then, that's not a guarantee (as we've already seen).
