Im still addicted to Azur Lane and Counter:Side like I was at the start of the last topic. Since then Ive returned to Destiny Child, but Ive had quite a few times where I dont feel like logging in. Ill probably drop it again soon. I also dropped Priconne last month. Glad to be rid of it. Ill miss the story and characters, but that game is just horrible design choices piled on top of more horrible design choices. Have been playing Girl Cafe Gun, but its not really clicking with me yet so Im guessing I wont last long. Actually, Revived Witchs test starts this weekend, if I remember correctly, so Ill probably drop Girl Cafe Gun to try it out and end up dropping it too before the test ends. Only other one Im looking forward to right now is Blue Archive. Ill probably drop it soon after it releases too.

Are you the person in our clan whose in-game name was Ragnar? The names do sound a bit alike. Ragnar is the only inactive person in the clan that I'm hesitant to kick out because (if I'm remembering correctly) they/you had one of the only 5-star Makoto supports in the whole clan. Even if they/you aren't still playing, that 5-star Makoto support is worth keeping around for a bit longer until more people in the clan get their Makoto to 5 stars.

Def worth keeping the 5* Makoto for now. Hopefully with clan rewards come in some of us can get ours to 5* - or use amulets to get the rest of the way if we want to as potentially still a bit off given we're not a top clan.

Fucking hell, I'm only at 25.

I think I'll be lucky to hit 50 at this rate.

I was able to make it through the boss on floor 60 in the Tower Of Luna, but I lost so many characters in that battle that I ended up having all of my remaining characters fully wiped on 63. I think I can manage to clear the last 8 floors in the remaining 3 days of the event.

Also, the inactivity purge is done. I checked people's CB supports (through the Tower) and Ragnar does indeed have a 5-star Makoto support, which is worth keeping around. I also checked if any of the inactives had a 5-star Jun or Summer Karyl support (which are also worth keeping around IMO) but none of them did. So anyone else besides Ragnar who had been inactive for more than a week was kicked, and we're down to 16 active members.

I've cleared through 70 EX in Priconne, so I'm done with the Tower for this month. Also hit 110, so I just have to work on farming gear to get my units current for the next CB.

Only 135 boxes done in FGO, but I'm just going to use natural AP at this point to save some apples for the Oniland rerun raid to farm eggs.

Yep, thats me. I thought I left the clan before quitting to not take up space, but I guess not. Using amulets to take Makoto up to 5* was one of the things I regretted doing actually. I didnt think she lived long enough in the dungeon boss at 4*, so in a desperate attempt to win I upped her to 5. She just died faster. I know it makes no sense, but she could survive his UB before if she was healthy enough, but with no other change other than rarity she would be one-spotted at full health.

I enjoy it. Its similar to Guardian Tales plus a sprinkle of bullet hell. You can just move with the joystick on the left and hold down the attack button on the right. And each girl has an active skill that goes above the normal attack button. At first I thought the graphics were absolute dog shit until I realized you could turn it up lol

Theres also a cafe where girls work to get you resources. You choose what kind of coffee to sell, and swap out girls when they get tired

I can't say for certain without seeing the comp you were using, but most likely the upgraded Makoto was causing the boss to UB faster, which could do more or less damage depending on buffs and debuffs up at the time. If it was the Extreme boss, IIRC he has a large AOE defense debuff, so it's possible that Makoto getting upgraded caused him to start firing his UB during the debuff instead of after if fell off.

I think I had a similar problem, though it was crit RNG causing it for my team, rather than an ascension. (Edit: Not attacking you for being frustrated by that, just thinking of possible causes)

PriConne is (unfortunately) a very volatile game. One small change to a character can end up being helpful in most situations but a disadvantage in the one you're trying to beat now, or a change you think is a positive one overall can turn out to hurt you more often than it helps. Shit happens sometimes. For as much as I praise PriConne for other things, the complexity of the combat/gear systems is fucking stupid sometimes. The fact that we need entire guides to know when not to rank up a character because that rank up will actively make the character worse is especially asinine.

Either way, we're glad you didn't leave the clan, because even without you playing, your 5-star Makoto support will be put to good use. And of course, if you ever feel like picking the game back up again, you're always welcome to stick around.

That could have been it. I tried a bunch of different set-ups and she always died in the Extreme boss' first UB, but the timing didn't change much so all of them could easily have been during a debuff. All I remember for sure is that she was always the only one to die during that attack and borrowed Mokotos would survive, just like mine did before ascension.

Often ranking them up or giving them too much gear impacts all that as well. One of the more frustrating parts where upgrading the character makes them objectively worse.

Sometimes it's also just crit related. I have a 4* Makoto and borrow a 5* Makoto for my Extreme runs. Both of them sometimes die or not die based on rng.

Nanaggios? 3rd day of AS's Endgame is also optimal to run a grass team. This is getting out of hand. I mean I'm happy cuz that's by far my most built and best element lul

I've also been trying out Marvel Future Revolution, it's... okay enough. I think I'm being lenient with it because I've been aching for a Diablo-esque Marvel game since Marvel Heroes got shut down. That, and I have zero confidence that Diablo Immortal will be any good (assuming it gets released at all given Blizzard's current situation).

I also found out the other day that Pokemon Unite is going to have a mobile version ...I didn't need to know this, and now I have to worry about storage space.

Definitely worth trying out. The manual controls work well enough but you also have the option for auto. The graphics are kinda meh though and the currency gain seems a bit slow.

Might give it a look tomorrow then!

Managed to get Luna EX level done after a few tries. Stumbled hard on the 2nd team doing enough AOE damage, but got lucky on the first team using mages and managed to get all the ads down save the device thingy so getting that down with the 2nd team was easy enough, then just using the standard Jun/Makoto/Kaori/Summer Kokokoro team finished the boss off.

In AS, I actually did it. Pulled my 5th Carleen. This is my first BT6 unit lol, and she is now preemptive, which is honestly pretty sick. But I pulled 60 or so on the Genevieve/Smokey banner and... got none of them. I also freaking pulled my 5th Schwartz... aka 1 more copy beyond necessary. Or was it 4th? Either way, the game is messing with me somehow

I'm doing a no summoning account on world flipper. It's honestly not that bad. This game has a pretty heavy bias towards wind units though. Besides the MC all my other units are wind and I have to grind out bosses to get units from other elements lol

The cafe confuses me. Working costs 12 mood/hour and resting recovers 4 mood/hr, so 8h 20m to go from 100 mood to 0 and 25h to go from 0 to 100. The problem is I've had one go to 0 in less than 7 hours (I was asleep, so I have no idea how much shorter) and take 29 hours to get back to 100 and the one I left in last night took 10 hours to get down to 4.
