One time I received the wrong package addressed to someone that lived in my apartment previously. I couldn't find them online to ship the package to them so I simply returned it and Amazon gave me credit for it.

I cant lie. I ordered two vinyls from them, they accidentally sent me Gish by Smashing Pumpkins instead of the one I wanted. I told them I received one correctly but not the other. They refunded me the 2nd one and I kept Gish >_>
