Ok i've been distracting myself about this through this forum and other sites but in the back of my head deep down I'm still seriously worried about this shit happening. It doesn't help that I'm constantly reminded about this via the internet. of course it is my fault for reading the headlines of the topics but I just can't fucking help it. I wish I could just be mentally stronger but unfortunately stuff in my life just makes me feel so jaded. even drinking a lot doesn't really help right now i still feel anxiety. i wish this could go away

If it helps WW3, should it actually break out, won't be a drawn out affair. It'll be over pretty quickly I imagine... for better or worse. Still though you shouldn't let such things bother you, it's not gonna happen over this.

yeah i agree. putin sucks. i wish he wasn't such a bully dude. I don't know why he decided to do this shit right now! i've read some theories on here and it makes sense but still. it sucks that we can't do anything about this. the feeling of powerlessness just makes me a bit sad and angry at the same time.

tbh i am already scared about being murdered around my neighborhood despite not having any recent crime based on some crimewatch website. this only makes my anxiety worse tbh

what difference does it make? tomorrow has never been guaranteed. the only guarantee is that someday you will die. but right now you're alive. and i think the only thing to do with that is to be in the present moment, and love and be kind to the best of your ability.

Our entire solar system will be destroyed one day. Maybe relatively soon when betelguise goes supernova.

yeahit good to be caring about other life. I just am scared about the afterline. I have dreams about reincarnation but idk if that will actually happen after my death, I guess i do have a mental illness and i should see a psychologist/psychiatrist or whatever but i have a lot of excuses for avoiding them right now. yes they are just excuses and im ashamed of admitting that even in my drunken state. i am well aware that my behaviour is self-destrcutive. i think i don't have much longer to live atm tbh. i think my life has expired but i still have a few years left dont worry. this is not a suicide note or anything like that. im terribly drunk rn so dont take this seriously

yeah true. i used to be into calisthenics when I was younger. was into parkour and all that stuff. I was able to do like 10 muscle-ups in a row before I got tired. i kinda miss those days. I still watch parkour videos to see what is up. that sport has progressed so much in the past decade it is unreal to me. almost getting to the point where it could be considered an Olympic sport with athletes such as George Mcgowan (irish athlete) and Edward Scott (uk athelete) participating. The latter has a gymnastics background so that probably helps a lot while the former is so explosive being able to do a double side flip on flat grass from just a short little run-up. not many can do that even with years of training.

yeah it is just a lot of repetition really. i guess practicing climb-ups on walls for about a year helped a lot

yeah i can't sleep right now but im sobering up. probably will play fallout 2 or something still need to beat that campaign with my low intelligence character. so close to the finished line. i'm playing with the restoration mod so it includes that submarine part before the oil rig. i've never played this version before so it'll be a new experience. i've already used a bunch of books to get my science and repair skill up so i should be good despite having 1 intelligence. haha

also am listening to music with my hd600 (i love these headphones) so it help distract me from dangerous thoughts and stuff.

Yep. We lived through a time when chronic tension was ratcheted up so high, it seemed like a sneeze could set off the nukes. I think our chances are better now than they were then.
