It's not optimal, but spoil the characters you like. QR4 + the distant counter skill while keeping Ganglot is still good value.

I'm thinking of using that fodder on Ninja Hana

Ganglot is pretty huge fodderwise.

and you can give all 4 of those to a unit at once fairly easily (Distant Counter is required to learn Distant Stance).

We still don't have the Def version of Distant Stance for whatever reason

This banner is a big skip for me. I could go for Rearmed Axe to give to Raven, but it's not a high priority

I sparked for Ganglot and gave all her skills to Ninja Hana. Along the way, I got B!Tiki, Jill, and Helbindi. Not the Tiki I was expecting on this banner, but that's a welcome surprise

Free-summoned neutral A!Tiki. I GUESS I'll use her even if she's the most effortless ascendant and completely unnecessary

Also finally got a 4* Basilio with good IV's that I can level up with shards and get the DF

Haven't pulled on the new banner yet, but I did get lucky on Ephraim's revival and free pulled a Fallen Boar.

Unmerged A!Y!Tiki needs Atk & Def +6 bonus + Atk/Def Solo 3 seal to stand up to B!Edel, and only up to +8 B!Edel. Worst unit ever!

Never thought I would be at a point where I am approaching max feathers. I used to be anxious about feather earnings as I had a waitlist of units I wanted to merge up, but then power creep went into overdrive and I began to really take a step back and only invest in units if they pass the FEdel check, as those are sorely needed for my arena teams. There are some exceptions, such as S!Elincia (can take down FEdel in the right conditions), Limstella, and Muarim. I jumped the gun with Limstella and gave them a trait fruit, but still waiting to gather some fodder, and being featured in HoF would make it easier to build them. Also hoping S!Elincia and Muarim get featured in the future

Marisa looked fun to build, but it's too bad her refine came a little early and she only gets Atk/Spd +5 and with her Gen I stats, she is falling behind. Jamke looks like a fun project that I will likely take on, and it will be a bit costly as I used up two copies previously for Heavy Blade

How naive I was to think it was going to be ONLY ascendants on the banner, but I think they would end up making more money that way as people would be more enticed to buy the packs

Muarim is one I've considered before, but I haven't done anything with him yet.

I wasn't expecting to see non-ascendants on the banner either. Maybe we will see Ascendant Yuri before too long

She seems pretty likely to be the next book's free hero, even though I think it makes more sense for her to be the legendary/mythic this month

Veronica is unlikely to be the Book 7 free unit. This is because she is red and the December Legendary/Mythic banner is effectively full on red. I say effectively because there is technically one spot open but CYL units rerun on the December banner so we know who will be in that red slot already.

Beast Agility is cool, but taking up B-slot is meh

B slot means Fallen Edelgard can't have it and Armored Wall.

I made the mistake of trying to snipe red instead of just full pulling. Needless to say, red decided to not show up and I wasted over 180 orbs just to spark Veronica. >_>

Better luck than I expected, 18 summons got me +HP/-Res Embla and +Spd/-Res Vero. They're both good fodder and I'm tempted to go back into red, but have to hold off to see what Christmas has in store. I'm definitely going to try for at least another copy of W!Altina, and also want N!Camilla. Guess I won't be getting A!Mareeta this time, too many competing banners >___<

Sniping red is still your best bet, but it feels bad sometimes. I sniped red and ended up with 2 Nanna, Seiros, Veronica, Larcei, and sparked Embla. My Veronica was the exact opposite of barrel's. Maybe I will use a trait fruit on her.

N!Camilla is fun to use. She basically soloed the latest abyssal map on turn one for me

Vero is still pretty fast even with a superbane. You might want to wait for a chance to get another copy, but if you're rolling in fruits, sure. I also have a surplus of fruits, but I'm still very conservative. I only just this past week used normal divine codes for the first time!

Book 7's first arena season may have something new. In-game notifications has a question mark where the Askr Trio usually is.

I see it as a good thing. By not allowing us to merge the trio, it becomes increasingly difficult for f2p players to compete and god help you if you need to rely on the trio. New alt will not be a total joke

I'm curious what they have planned.

And yeah, with the new powercreep Askr units are more painful to use than ever. Just had a rough time with Alfonse.. and I'm only in tier 18 >_>

I certainly have the feathers to spare to finally 5* Sharena, but I still haven't done it because I can still get her to land the KO for GHB quests with some support/trial and error. Her VA is just so horrid

King Alfonse is the most plausible story alt and is what I am hoping for. The other two are fluff anyway. Don't really see them introducing a new character all of a sudden. It would have been cool if Zacharias joined the fray, but alas... Watch it be Henriette lol

I can't believe we're already at the point that duos are getting refined.

New banner was another random pitybreaker-fest, and I was lucky enough to get good (dupe) stuff (no 4* specials). I got Balzus, F!Ike, F!Lilith, and B!Lysithea, before sparking for Ophelia. F!Ike and B!Lys are appreciated as I merged into +Atk/-Res F!Ike I already had while merging into new +Atk Lys. Balzus is great fodder and I want to keep at least one copy in case he gets a good refine, but the game will probably be dead before then, and Lilith is both a strong unit and good fodder, so keeping both copies I have for now too

I was worried I would have to spark for N!Camilla, as well, but thank the FEH gods I got her on the 10th summon, and she's perfect with +Res/-Spd IV's. Decided to gamble on this banner since who knows if I even want the upcoming legendary, but I just realized there's the Christmas and NY banners to worry about too

And got my first Eldigan with arena ticket. Hooray for HM slave. Now that Arena Medal is back as the chain reward and Refining Stone got replaced, what other reward got replaced? It sucks for people who are low on stones, they should have kept medal out

Nice pulls. My first arena ticket was Elincia. She's merged up to +6 now. I think green will be my preferred color for shots at B!Ike

The stones and coins got moved to Arena Assault. They also got doubled to make up for the fact that we don't get AA every week.

late update but I pulled ganglot at summon #38, so I just sparked another and foddered one off without feeling weird about it

just in time for QR4 to have zero meaning since everyone ignores follow-ups now!
