Coffee and orange juice at 6am. Coffee and water all day. 1 kind bar at 9am. 2 salami and provolone roll ups dipped in hummus at 11am and another 2 at 2pm. A small portion of Costco lasagna at 3pm. I'm about to eat pork loin, green beans and mashed potatoes with a couple of beers. Active calorie consumption is generally much, much lower than people expect, but the simple act of maintaining regular physical activity has a very significant impact on BMR.
