basic things = easy learning
complex things = brain refuses to try to grasp to understand it and gets so stressed that they would rather not do thing

I would recommend that they try to take at least 20 minutes a day to just rest their mind and body as free from distractions as possible

even if its just sitting outside or doing a short walk, it can really help with brain fog and stress reduction

what about constantly feeling out of energy , too weak to do anything physical, too unmotivated to participate in hobbies/work? laying in bed for hours, getting up and feeling like needing to lay in bed again.

Long Covid's pretty wacky. There's a bunch of different attributed symptoms but brain fog and that kind of exhaustion were in there. Is this an ongoing or just the occasional rough day?
