It was a modest 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse-style home with 2 floors, 2-car garage but no driveway, and community ammentities like pool/jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse/lounge area, and the interior was beyond outdated and needed a refresh, and the majority of the kitchen applicances and both washer and dryer needed to be replaced, and CLR erosion was eating away at the base of all the faucets. --- my old computer died and i didn't feel like resetting the password to my original account, so i created this one instead. yeah, i know, what a shocker >_> <cite>samsungsalt posted [p:969995484] in My modest ... Honestly I'm more or less shocked at the fact I bought it at 275 in 2017, it was appraised at 475 in october-ish, and the highest bidder paid just shy of 600k pre-closing costs.
