If you like Hogan's Heroes, The Password is Courage is pretty much the precursor to it.
It is never been stated if HH was inspired by The Password is Courage, but the show definitely takes some inspiration from it even Hogan's outfit is similar to Charles Coward. --- R.I.P. The POW camp in Great Escape literally looked like a five-star hotel. All the prisoners were super clean and their clothes had no dust or dirt. BOTRK was much more gritty and realistic.
