It seems they have to CONSTANTLY be working? I don't know,..just seems like it would be stressful having to constantly come up with ideas or stream the same game over and over for like 8-12 hours a day? I'm not sure that's true of all of them but, honestly, a lot of people enjoy that stuff, so... not a big deal? Personally, I used to think I'd never want something like that because of the nature of it, but I'm less opposed to the idea.
