Yeah, he definitely "accidentally" sprayed her before she rushed him, which will cost him his job. But the other two escalated the physicality so he should escape an assault charge.

It's really hard to tell from the angle, but you're right, it does look like he grazed her a bit before she rushed him. He didn't full on soak her until after she rushed him though. Not sure if that will save his job
