I told them im willing and excited to learn but thats all I could really say. I got the questions 15 minutes before the interview and it really psyched me out. Walked in confident and walked out shaken. The next morning I got a call asking how soon I could start and ended up working at that company for the next 12 years. I was sweating bullets and shivering, couldn't really concentrate to fully articulate the points I was trying to make, but luckily there wasn't a lot of competition with anyone internal for the job and the people on the committee knew me and thought I did well. Then I get a call and get offered the job which I accepted. But then they took FOREVER to provide me a start date because they had to "get some stuff situated first before they could process a new hire". In the meantime I got a different offer with a higher offer and took it instead. Another time I actually fell asleep during the interview. The interviewer was this old dude who had the boring voice ever. Think that clear eyes guy. He wouldn't ask me questions either, just talk about himself and the company. I literally fell asleep for a few seconds and head dropped and then woke up and he was still droning on like nothing just happened. I didn't get the job anyway, but didn't care.
