Lots of people have government contracts, and lots of CEOs with government contracts also have dealings with foreign entities.

don't get me wrong, I have a lot of issues with Starlink technology and space travel being privatized, period.

The one that got mounted with guns to be used militarily was denied by Musk as given to Russia and said to been sneaked through customs.

Ukraine has Starlink not Russia. Starlink doesn't do business with Russia.
