In general, hes a nuisance. He harasses people on the street, threw food around in a restaurant he was eating at, disrespected statues by making out with them, carried around a dead fish waving it around in peoples faces, and Im pretty sure several other things Ive missed. I heard the statue was supposed to represent a 15 year old too. Like imagine someone peeing on the 911 or Holocaust memorials.
