I'm thinking of a scenario where either Trump tries to remain in office after his second term (if alive), or blue states simply refusing to comply with Trump's orders on certain matters. Could either of these escalate into another civil war?

Anyway, I do think there probably will be a Civil War 2 sometime before this century ends
