There's really not that many

Super Smash Bros. is the only one that is an actual series with multiple games. If you count single games there's others like Ice Climber and Urban Champion. There are several that are close like Mario and Legend of Zelda, which I really need to get caught up on, but I haven't really been gaming lately as I prefer to do that on my Twitch stream and am currently unable to stream.

I wanted to say Deception. But then I remembered Tecmo's Deception exists and I like to forget it exists.

Games with series though...... I dunno. I know there's gotta be something but not coming to me.

As far as any series with 3+ games goes Mass Effect might be it for me. Danganronpa 3 and Bioshock 2 and I are in my backlog but think thats all that would complete a series also.

Closest i am to a longer series would be Final Fantasy but ill never play the MMOs.

Did you beat the MSX versions of metal gear 1 and 2 though?

Missing out on those is the only thing that holds me back from saying that I beat every mainline metal gear game. I did beat the NES version of metal gear and the non-canon sequel snake's revenge as a kid, but never got around to beating the "proper" versions of those games.

Breath of Fire. I watched my brother play Dragon Quarter, but haven't played it myself.

Fallout. I played 1 and 2 when they were new, and even played Brotherhood of Steel and Tactics. But 4 has just been sitting in my Steam library.

Wait, can I count Toad as a series, with Wario's Woods and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker? It would just be two games, and they aren't really connected beyond being puzzles games where you play as a Toad (and not even the same one, as Captain Toad is a distinct character from Toad).
