No. The ocean is massive and even if they were there the odds of an attack are low. Wasnt a concern to me. They do have spotters though looking for them.

My party icebreaker is that I learned how to swim from a shark. What actually happened was that I was a few miles past the net and a shark passed 10-15ft under me. It didn't care about my presence, but I had gone from never being in proximity of a shark to this immediacy.

It unlocked some deep primal swimming knowledge. I was a clumsy swimmer before then; I have been a good swimmer since.

In middle school, I punched a future Hell's Angel in the face, breaking his nose. Then took two punches in the face from him and laughed after each one.

First and last time I ever got into a "fight".

I once shot a bullseye with a BB gun without looking at the target. Never been able to replicate it. Have no idea how it happened.

It was a baby sand tiger shark but it was still really cool!

That is actually pretty cool. I still haven't actually touched a shark.

I was part of a class action lawsuit that helped get a ton of student debt erased.

One time in high school in the gym, I chucked a basketball from one end of the court to the other and made it in.

Surgery:

• Facial plastic surgery (rhinoplasty / jaw shaving)
• Breast implants
• Vaginoplasty

Travel:

• Went to Japan in 2023 and had lunch at Zauo and celebrated a Japanese co-worker's birthday at the Tokyo office. (Plus a lot more but this is most noteworthy)
• Went to Japan in 2025 and did the Dragon Quest Island town event (Plus a lot more but this is most noteworthy, especially since I am a huuuuuge Dragon Quest fan)
• I think this is noteworthy but also tried fugu in Japan. Do not recommend. Took 3 and a half minutes to chew.

School:

• At 28 Years Old, I went back to school and got my Bachelors Degree
• I was nominated by my English 101 teacher to take honors English 102 and the teacher outright rejected me. The 101 teacher fought to get me in, DID get me in (under the English 102 teacher's class) and I got an A, proving I was worth it.
• I joined Phi Theta Kappa as an officer, went to Nashville for Catalyst 2017 to represent my CC and to the State House as well in Massachusetts.

Politics:

• When I was at the State House for my CC, I was met by Geoff Diehl, a massive pro-Trumper who at the time did not run for Governor so mostly those who knew him were only from my town. My family was with me at this event and we were seated at a table. When Diehl came around, I refused to shake his hand.
• I have interned during my CC for an LGBT Youth Organization and helped fundraise and spent time with the youth at their events. I learned a lot of harsh things they went through and it was rough, but I was very happy to see what Boston had built up for our LGBT youngins.

Other:

• In 2014, I went to an amusement park with friends. I went with the goal to overcome my fear of high rides. Years later, I found myself riding crazy 'thrill' rides like The Stinger, The Wild Claw and other sky high rides that flip you all over the place. And I love it. I really wish my local one didn't shut down. I miss going on thrill rides.

I am someone who, when I say I will do something, I do it.

What's something cool that happened to you?

I was sailing with friends and one day we woke up to 6 dolphins playing around our boat. They were jumping out of the water, doing tricks for about an hour.

Yeah. I go to Chicago a lot too (From New England) to hang out with a friend there. Even spent a week with her last year. Even at 38 now, I am still always up to do shit. I just don't have many local friends up for the task to do anything with me, lol. Most fun is had with others. But alas, atleast I have her and family who do.

Won 1st place in 2 powerlifting competitions.

In a strongman competition I lifted the back end of a car (I think a Toyota Camry) 20 times. That felt cooler than winning the powerlifting comps even though I didn't win that time.

I think nothing has FELT cooler than successfully dropping-in a half-pipe on a skateboard. It's no big deal to other skaters at the skatepark, but as a little kid it's huge.

I got my Commercial Pilots License. I am the first in my family to be a pilot.

Back during Smash Bros. Brawl, there was a daily photo and video submitted by players that the staff would choose. I made a screenshot with the trophy posing and actually got it chosen by the staff for a daily screenshot.

It's a shame I won't be able to buy one.

When I was in year 10 I led my school to victory in the regional chess championship. I only went there for one year before moving across the state and it was the first time our school had gotten into the finals, let alone taken out every other school.in the competition (about 50 schools were involved).

I caught a few tiny fish with a few yards of fishing line, a tiny hook, and McDonald's fries and chicken McNuggets lol

I got the last note in on a jam session once and it was perfect.

I took out a bee in a classroom by throwing a ruler at it like a tomahawk. I was like 8 or 9 years-old.

I slapped a tornado and dried up a sea.

I pranked Muhammad Ali in a chatroom on his official website for his birthday in 2007 by pretending to be George Foreman. He believed it and through his friend who was helping him, Howard Bingham, he got excited and said hi back.
