That's a nice thought but unfortunately it's far, far more likely that he'll illegally prevent a legitimate election and remain in office, and nobody will successfully stop it.

It is not "far more likely." It's a real concern, but "Trump Is El Generalissimo de Mar-A-Lago For Life" is not more likely than him not being President as of February 2029

You severely overestimate the military. There's only a few million active and reserves. And that's with them all here and none defecting.
