Have you been recording what you eat and how much calories they give you? It surprisingly helps.

I do not know. It's been a while since I had to change sizes on jeans, so any gains or losses can't be too much, but I don't really keep track.

I always used to be underweight (130 pounds at 6'1") until I started weightlifting and forcing myself to eat more a few years ago. Now, I'm up to 160 pounds, but I can't force myself to eat enough to gain any more weight. Unfortunately, I'm still weak as fuck and look like a twig.

Had my first kid in April with the sleep deprivation its been really difficult finding the energy and motivation to stay on track with working out and diet. Starting to get a hold of my diet but Im a good 10-15 lbs too heavy at the moment.

Been overweight for years, but not quite obese. I got sick 3 times in a row a few months ago. Covid first, which really knocked me on my ass for like 2 weeks. Then right after I was getting over that, I caught some nasty stomach virus and couldn't keep anything solid down. Then immediately got sick again with I think just a normal (but strong) flu. Basically spent a month straight surviving on little more than plain cheerios and water.

I don't have a scale in the house, but I'd estimate I probably lost a solid 25-30 pounds by the time I felt "normal" again. I'm not thrilled about how the weight came off, but I figure I might as well take advantage and have so far been able to keep it off. So that's nice.

Since the end of May, I was on a low calorie and no sugar diet. Went from 222lbs to 165lbs in less than three months, and now I'm maintaining.

I've lost a pound or two recently, but still in the neighborhood of 160 lb at 6'2". I'd like to weigh a bit more, but my sleep suffers when I gain body fat. It's a balancing act that will probably become easier as I begin experimenting with topical testosterone and enclomiphene.

I have been maintaining my weight since losing 60 pounds about 3 years ago. I don't do any focused exercise and don't pay much attention to what I eat beyond "Did I get enough veggies this week?"

Starting the weight loss and general getting into shape.

About three weeks ago I saw photo of myself that was taken earlier in the day and I was fucking embarrassed with how large and misshapen I look.

Never been the healthiest but I looked really bad.

Hopefully a realistic, achievable and sustainable goal is to have shifted 20kg by December.

I Work from Home. When I started my job, I was at probably 155-160. As of last month, I was 173 because sedentary job. I have a desk treadmill I been using for about a month now, I am down to 166 again. So actively trying to lose.

Thankfully, I am not a garbage eater and I don't visually hold a lot of weight. Everyone thinks I am lighter than I am.

Have always been the correct weight for my height. Even after I had kids the weight gained during pregnancy came right off. Helps that I cook everything from scratch and rarely eat out.

Staying more or less the same, around 200-205. I have my 20 year high school reunion coming up soon and I would love to get back under 200 pounds again before that. Dunno if that's gonna happen though.

I'm around 135-140, which should be upper end of underweight, or lower end of healthy.

I was gaining a little bit over the past few years, which was fine, but...
One, my doctor told me that I need to eat healthier for cholesterol/triglycerides.
And two, we've got a family history of starting off skinny but suddenly gaining a bunch of weight rapidly.
So I'm going to try and keep my weight here.
