Bret does whine a lot but this feels like an odd take from Vito.

Comes across more as bitterness that Bret is a millionaire from wrestling while Vito is...well Vito. Very little of what Bret says is wrong, he's just grumpy.

Bret can be a bit much sometimes, but Big Vito needs to shut his big mouth.

Pretty much. And some things he does say as a joke, but Bret's humor and delivery is so dry that it comes off as 100% serious.

People want Bret Hart to stop talking about Goldberg? Or "Bill Goldberg" rather. I think it's funny as hell.

It's more that he seems to blame Bill for "ending his career" when Bret is a grown-ass man who knew he was injured and needed time off (and had the pull to get it), but kept working because the bosses asked him to.

Droz got fucking paralyzed for life and never said an unkind word about D'Lo, because he knew it was an accident. That shit happens in wrestling.

Are you really comparing D'lo Brown to Bill Goldberg?

That's like saying "Both Steven Seagal and Vincent D'onofrio have been in flops so why are people talking about Seagal's lack of talent!?"

Kind of undercuts the impact of the attempted mic drop when you're @ ing a bunch of people.

You know, Brett should hate Vince's guts, but not for The Montreal Screw Job. He should hate him because of what happened to Owen, yet I've never heard him rail at Vince and WWF for that.

And while his run in WCW was terrible, Bishoff was right about one thing, Brett never really tried to make it work. He just seemed resigned to being another wrestler instead of The Hitman.

And regarding Bill Goldberg, Brett should have taken time off after that match, but didn't.
