My husband and I did not like it, so we weren't keen on seeing the movie. But when it came to streaming, we decided to skim through it and decidedly liked it much more than the play version. If these films do well enough, then Wicked Part 3: Son of a Witch may be too tempting a cash grab to pass up. They'd certainly have to change a fair bit and possibly plant the seed for it in For Good, but it's doable. Assuming you've read the books, how close is Return to Oz (the 1985 movie) to the original sequel novel?
