She walked into someone's house filming and saw a naked dude that was passed out drunk laying on his own couch and claimed she was "sexually assaulted" and posted her experience online her TikTok.

The door dash order said leave the food at the front door but she opened the front door and walked in.

Needless to say, it backfired on her hard. Everyone online called her a clown and DoorDash fired her.

Yeah, you don't just enter someone's house unless it's a close friend or family and there's boundaries even then.

I love how most DoorDash and similar drivers don't even go into people's houses for their own safety, then you got this clown going into a house that didn't invite her in.

She didn't go into his house. The door was wide open with him sleeping naked on his couch. She recorded it cause, she felt he did it on purpose. She did not step foot into his house just recorded from the front door after she dropped off the meal.

The details are all over the place with half truths everywhere. Imo, she fucked up posting it online. She should have reported it to Doordash or law enforcement (even though I dont know if there's anything they could do) and left it there.

Yeah, that's why door dash fired her. Because she posted the video publicly. People are calling her a fake victim because she made multiple tiktoks freaking out over it. So far, I believe her story. The question really is though, did he pass out drunk and ordered food while drunk as a skunk leaving the door open, or did he lay there on purpose so the doordasher could see his junk? Either way, it is definitely indecent exposer at the minimum and only sexual assault if it can be proven that he did it knowingly.

Thats actually disputed, so we dont know this either. We know the door was open, but its alleged she pushed the door to be more open so that she can record it better.

I don't have any sympathy for her. Sexual assault is the kind of accusation that can ruin a person's life and is not one to be made lightly, certainly not for attention on the internet as she seems to be doing.

It is possible the guy is a creep, but just as possible he's just a drunken idiot. She needed some actual evidence to be making the allegations she is making, and even then take them to law enforcement, not the court of public opinion.

I saw a recap video of this over the weekend, and I assume shes just another manipulative person intentionally making a massive problem so she can make money from idiots who believe her bullshit.

Impossible to know the intent without more info but it does sound like a public indecency charge at least. If you stand naked in front of your window its the same thing Id reckon.

I'm generally on her side about it, intentional or not no one wants to go up to a house with an open door and see a naked dude passed out inside. And also if you got called to the house and then saw the door open at all you might wonder if the person inside is OK (I guess you can also just ring the door bell or knock but if there's no response it would be concerning).

But on the other hand she is not handling it maturely. She should not have just gone off and posted private information about a company's customer and made a bunch of accusations online before the company even had the chance to investigate. And she apparently quadruples down on all of this instead of pausing to see what she might be doing wrong and getting the reaction she is, especially about stuff like being suspended.

Also what's up with her admitting on camera to breaking into her old apartment? That's just weird.

Her claiming so and being a woman doesnt make the claim valid and factual, regardless if you want to believe her. The video she produced doesnt prove her claim.

Posting a video of a door being open doesnt prove she didnt just open the door, then hit record.

Even the, "orchestrating things" angle.... she posted her one sided video that cannot be substantiated, onto social media....... Even if we assume the door was wide open, posting something like that on social media doesnt paint her in some innocent light.

Regardless, we do not know for a fact that the door was wide open.

If what she claims is true that the door was wide open with the guy butt naked passed out on a couch, then yes that is a crime of "indecent exposure". I'll be very careful about labeling it as "sexual harassment" for now until more information is revealed. However, she went about this the wrong way. She should've recorded the video and sent it to the Police and Doordash, not post it publicly for the world to see. It also doesn't help that people are digging through her old videos where it portrays her as some deranged narcissistic person looking for attention.

At this time, I don't think we can make any definitive judgements until more information comes out. I'll be honest, for stuff like this I'm usually on the "victim" side...but the way she went about this does make her very unlikable.

I'm of the opinion that she shouldn't have publicly posted the video. Report it to doordash and the police without making a public spectacle of it. Now she's in the wrong too

99% of the time when I hear about something it's from CE, and the topic title assumes I already knew.

CE is my only source for 'things that are massive/blowing up online'.

It kinda felt like it was a joke for someone else, but it was definitely fucked up.
