they fired the GM, Chris Grier

could be them waiting to begin the search for both or just the fact that maybe he can salvage Tua somehow. Do think he still will be a great OC wherever he goes

What a shock, playing both sides of the ball routinely is already catching up to him.

Also I'm kind of wondering if the Ravens start will end up being a good thing for them. The division is theirs for the taking, and they already rock bottomed so they can feel the recency of it instead of it fading over an off-season.
