I was thinking about it since it was one of the "dead" shows on the recent Simpsons Halloween story with Krusty and the Devil.

Ugh unfortunately I do hear it. Was never a fan, it came on nickelodeon here and after that was "daily special" where the mannequin comes alive.

I didn't like it much either. I was probably more interested in Spartikus or Mysterious City of Gold. I just remember the song and wish it was another show.

This and also seeing reruns of the Adam West Batman show, which I took seriously because I was too little to realize it was meant to be silly.

So when Riddler had Batman and Robin tied up and moving towards a saw blade and it ended on a cliffhanger, I was seriously worried that they could get hurt. ;.;

At some point Nikelodeon was airing Mysterious City of Gold really early in the morning around 5:00am. My parents made me go to bed early on weekdays so I trained myself to get up a few hours before school started to watch Mr. Wizard and Mysterious City of Gold.

Good times. I also loved "Daily Special" and I think it was up there with Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood as my favorite show when I was like, 4 or 5.

I remember that when I was in high school. It was so funny because I remembered the cartoon from my youth.

Yes, he was my favorite puppet, too. As with Sesame Street, I liked the parts with the main puppets and people better than the cartoons in between.

I recall liking Romper Room as a kid too, but in retrospect it had pretty cheesy puppets, even compared to Pinwheel puppets.
