Local cinema near where I live did a retro movie night screening of it a few years back. A little bit of music, some beers and finally seeing it on the big screen. It's genuinely terrific and its influence on vampires is pretty solid, too. I loved it, definitely felt like an 80s movie and... I didn't grow up in that era but having older siblings who definitely lived that sort of lifestyle (latchkey not... racing motorcycles against supreme blood sucking beings) definitely made it feel like a more relatable film and I understood what they were going for with it. --- RS3: UltimaSuende - CE Thread Zone https://letterboxd.com/BMovieBro/ ... I don't know why they called it a comedy, that movie was a lot scarier than I thought, and the tone is absolutely not one of a comedy. This is a movie me and my sister used to watch every single day when we were kids. Our babysitter had it recorded on VHS and there wasn't anything to do there besides watch movies. It was always this, Red Sonia, and Raising Arizona. I love everything about this movie. ... Copied to Clipboard!
