I was working my way up to 2x but something changed with tastebuds recently and I'm a lot less tolerant to spice, not sure what happened but I'm down to 1x now and I need a fair bit of milk to get through it. 1x is a rare case where the extreme level of spice is worth the effort because the flavor is so good. 2x retains some good flavor but at that point the suffering outweighs the flavor imo. --- She / Her Others don't get to dictate what's normal and what isn't. It's also weirdly selective, as some foods I used to never find spicy now are.
