I'm honestly more concerned than "Trump did it" or "Biden didn't stop it fast enough". The article makes it sound like people working for the Pentagon independently started this initiative. It's kind of concerning that this sort of scheme seems able to ve concocted by essentially middle men and can go unnoticed for years. Like who do we have watching the Cia or the fbi so there aren't a ton of semi-black ops off the books dirty schemes? This is just one we heard about! I can't imagine a politician with pure motives would even know about half of then thanks to need to know.
