If you have the option to, sometimes that's for the best.
A little over 2 hours for me here, then an hour of rest (usually in my car in a parking lot but going over to a friend's this time), then an hour of boxing. 12 hour day, but boxing refreshes me and ends my day on a good note with friendly and positive people interactions instead of work being the last contact I have with society in a day.
