WW's power set overlaps too heavily with Superman.
At least in the arcs where they give her full flight.
Regardless of how you feel about the invisible jet, it would still be better than just saying Diana can do yet another thing Superman already does.
And that is before getting into if Diana ever took a (sniper) bullet could she survive.
