Here are some differences I'm kind of expecting to see:
Fuyuhiko is executed as a killer, Peko survives for at least a few chapters after that.Akane becomes a robot after saving Nekomaru from Monokuma's attack.Sonia is a killer, revealed as the actual "Sparkling Justice" serial killer.
