Depends on what you consider political... I consider social issues to be political, so at least once a week. I work in healthcare, it's always an issue of why X isn't covered, why do I need authorization when my Dr says I need it, why so expensive. All of that is thanks to actions the government took and chose not to take. I belong to several marginalized groups, so maybe it comes up more in my circles. You can't expect things to change if you don't talk about it, most people are so insulated, they don't even know or believe in the plight of others
