Speaking as someone who had a suicide attempt in his younger years and is extremely passionate about mental health:
Even if he said what she said he did. Even if they had arguments. Even if he had a drinking problem. Even if he cheated on her. Even if he is as big a piece of shit as some posts in this topic would suggest. He isn't responsible for her death. IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. She made her extremely unfortunate choice. He didn't force her to kill herself. He even called the police to have a welfare check done. None of what she did is on his hands, AT ALL.
tl;Dr If your takeaway from this is story is that he is somewhat responsible for her suicide, SHUT THE FUCK UP.
