Probably but then why ban Rebel but not VD? Both are users who are unnecessarily hostile and repeatedly tries to antagonize others in their own ways, both are effectively the same category of user though and if one is banned so should the other if theres any consistency.
Well there is a hierarchy of how bad an offense is.
For example, trying to do things to underage girls is probably only the 5th worst thing you can do on this site.
Being a Republican is probably the 2nd worst thing you can do.
But Rebel? Rebel committed the absolute worst sin one could ever commit, he dared to go against the moderators, it also didn't help that his ban happened on the day of the beta last year.
