If you have to ask that, you probably aren't really sorry.
People are looking at this in black and white like you can slap a cookie cutter scenario to each and every altercation.
- There is not always a point to say sorry.
- There's also times when saying sorry might be necessary but you don't really mean it, because it's imperative both parties remain on good terms
- There's also times when saying sorry might be necessary but you don't really mean it AND you didn't actually do something wrong. The other party is being a complete baby and they were the actual assholes. You just wish to still have this person in your life for whatever your reasons.
There's many scenarios actually, I just named a few. Honestly the answer really depends on the specifics of the situation and how the TC feels despite the situation.
