The funny thing is that I can do more reps for things like push ups, pull ups, and chest dips because I'm not a particularly big guy. I've got a build that is slim, with defined lean muscle but also very low body fat. Less weight means that it is easier to do more of these kinds of exercises.

Today was Back and Biceps day for me. And I always tack on some core stuff at the end of each workout.

Deadlifts, 2 x 8
Pull Ups, 3 x 18
Bicep Curls, 3 x 10
Bent Over Dumbbell Row, 3 x 10
Concentration Curl, 3 x 10
Seated Row (Machine), 3 x 10
Preacher Curl, 3 x 10
Low Row, 3 x 10
Weighted Sit Ups, 2 sets of 45, and the final set is as many as possible. Usually 60 to 70.
