i used this last time I played on PS4. Worked fine
never played Random or Plus at all the entire run and got all cards
pretty sure theres other guides for every other section of the game to remove whichever rule you want
Oh I thought you meant a way to get rid of it without having to do any kinda manipulation, and it's still a pain in the ass.
