ARR's story is better than StB. ARR has shitty pacing but StB has shitty pacing and a disjointed plot that feels like it was meant to be two different expansions. StB also has the misfortune of introducing one of the worst characters in the series.
I honestly thought stormblood was fine if ended with the final fight with zenos killing himself. Too bad they did takeout death, brought zenos back from the dead and weren't sure what to do with him in endwalker.
