There's a number of them that were dismissed as conspiracy theories at the time but now have been proven true beyond reasonable doubt, such as MK Ultra, COINTELPRO, and the Chicago PD/FBI joint assassination of Fred Hampton.
There's also a lot of blatantly false nonsense that gets peddled, such as shit like chemtrails or the 2020 election being "stolen". That said, I do wish people were more skeptical - many seem to hold an incredibly high standard of proof, beyond even what is necessary in criminal law. The standard often seems to be "if a government agency has not officially admitted to doing something, they didn't do it" which is simply a ridiculous standard to hold.
