Pundits: He's speaking to a feeling Americans have that they want a strong, truth-telling leader who isn't beholden to the feelings of foreign leaders.
Biden: When you run a dictatorship, you are a dictator. America doesn't respect that.
Pundits: Biden on the attack again, destroying diplomatic opportunities around the world and showing how out of touch he is with Americans.
