I only eat dinner because I dont like to go to bed hungry. I only eat once a day, but its usually anywhere from 4-8. I keep a count on my calories as well. I try not to exceed 1,500. My maintenance level is ~2,000 calories, so I just eat 500 less than that. A 1,500 calorie meal is pretty significant. Last night I ate Outback with 1/4 of a blooming onion, a salad, a fully loaded baked potato, and a 6oz sirloin. All of that put me right at 1,500 calories.
