When I went to sessions, I eventually just ended up sitting there in silence for the hour, cause I was afraid of them judging me. Probably sounds silly to most people, but *shrug*. Also didn't care for the meds they tried on me, as half seemed to make me feel worse, and the rest made me feel like I was on crystal meth or something.
