For the longest time, as long as I can remember, I've had this very high pitched ringing equally in both ears. It almost feels more like it's in my head. It feels normal to me.

A while back I got this deeper pitched sound in my right ear. I thought it was a speaker feedback and was wandering around looking for the source of the sound only to learn it was in my ear. I've come to learn that this is tinnitus. But I'm still unsure if that really high pitched one in my head is tinnitus too or if that's normal.

So take a moment. Go somewhere very quiet and listen very deep inside your mind to see if you can hear a really high pitched ringing.
