HDHPs and HSAs are just a way for employers to shift the growing cost of healthcare onto their employees, actually.
It is true that you get tax benefits from using an HSA, though.
HSA's are a complete scam if you actually have health concerns or children. Lord forbid your 11 year old break two bones in a year. You're fucked. Speaking from experience.
