I don't think feminism should or does do anything for men. They may passively benefit from it but that's not the point. If men have a cause they believe is uniquely unfair to them they should fight for that right and I may or may not support it. Don't hijack my movement for it.

-they try and are commonly shut down by radical feminists and funding from associated organizations who benefit
-some self-proclaimed mens rights activists are glorified misogynists that give male issues a bad name (like militant radfems do for feminism)
-thanks to both the above and common radfem agendas, "mens rights" has a negative connotation linked to misogyny
-many kids are raised in single parent homes that only have a mom's political perspective, which rarely cares about male rights issues
-many business and educational institutions will flat out deny you a forum to voice your concerns about male issues (because "misogyny")

legit male rights activists (in favor of women's rights) DO try and often fail because its a common belief that male rights issues are negligible
feminist organizations and icons have garnered so much privilege that they can stomp out anything they see as a "threat" to their agendas
feminists basically control the major platforms and militant radfems deny shared access

what a lot of diplomatic mens rights activists simply want is fair time on the podium, not for feminism to be abolished
they just want feminists to back the fuck off long enough to get a word in, but paranoid militant radfems always say no
