Tree Zone for me since it felt more lively to me and the most balanced of all the zones in terms of level design and difficulty.

Pumpkin Zone was cool and all since I do like me some "dark" things here and there, but many of the enemies there got in the way far too often and many of the paths to secret levels felt too cheaply-hidden, in my opinion.

Turtle Zone only had the final level as its only stand out for me. That's all I'll say.

Macro Zone had that "shrunken" vibe that I liked, but otherwise I didn't care much for anything else.

Space Zone had a cool gimmick of being in space, allowing for slower movement while granting you much higher jumps via space gravity. Other than that, the whole zone felt "rushed" in length and the autoscroll level in the end dragged too long. Also, the boss was absolutely pathetic...just wait for him to do his thing, then gently float and stomp in his path thrice. Done.

Mario Zone is basically the same I said for Macro, though just for the unique theme alone, this zone gets the edge for me.
