Not necessarily....
Even in Super he indicates he knows WHAT kissing is. Vegeta asks Goku if hes kissed anyone. Goku replies ofc not. Vegeta responds hes married with kids. Goku responds asking what does that have to do with kissing, which Vegeta was over it at that point.
Dragonball Super based on context implies he knows WHAT kissing is, but non the phenomenon of kissing mouth to mouth.
